1. Definition

2. Qualification requirements

(1) The registered capital is not less than 2 million CNY

(2) The scale of the enterprise is not less than 10 people

(3) Have certain social relations and resources. Comply with and maintain market rules, and do not quote and sell in the exclusive agent area.

3. Instructions for authorization

Sales work can only be carried out in non-exclusive agency areas. Single order value not less than 6 million CNY and other public bidding projects need to be filed in the company to avoid direct competition between dealers at all levels, and give priority to the filing time of dealers, so as to ensure the interests of dealers.

4. Agent time limit

The first signing period is 1 year.The second signing period is 2 years.The three-time contract period is 3 years.
